Located at the end of US highway ONE is the idyllic town of Key West. Long a tropical hide-a-way for writers, artists, pirates and presidents, today it has become a mecca for tourists, cruisers, vacationers and snowbirds. From October through April, snowbirds descend on Key West looking for the perfect “Nest” to call home. Monthly leases and weekly rentals abound, along with a multitude of hotels for the weekend get-a-way. Those not constrained by a schedule may choose to stay the entire winter. The City of Key West is comprised of two major islands and many smaller cays. These two major islands are the Island of Key West and Stock Island. Situated just east of Key West and separated by the Cow Key Channel is Stock Island. The Sunset Marina Condominiums are on Stock Island. It is a gated community comprised of 4 buildings each with 15 condominiums. There is a community pool and spa, and clubhouse. All of the two and three-bedroom condos overlook the marina and have direct water views from their patio decks. The address of the condominium for lease is 5605 College Road Unit 104. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a minimum lease term of one month. If you are a boater, you can enhance your vacation experience by leasing a slip and have your boat at your doorstep. If interested, boat slips may be leased through the Condo Association or the Sunset Marina Harbormaster.
